There is a global concern about the ecological health of the earth and the living conditions for farmers and their families in developing countries. As coffee roasters and traders working with this commodity which connects producing and consuming countries, we share these concerns.

It is against this background that we decided to join forces in International Coffee Partners and support projects that positively affect economic, social and environmental conditions and, at the same time, serve as an example to the wider community. We are convinced that clearly defined and thoroughly implemented projects are the most effective way of promoting the concept of sustainability in green coffee.

Through hands-on project work in coffee producing countries, beneficiaries are assisted in developing sound business practices. ICP brings its core competence, professional coffee know-how, as well as financing into local communities and establishes strong relationships with international donor organisations and other parties, assuring comprehensive support for coffee farmers and efficient use of funds. We promote sustainable practices by highlighting selected projects world-wide and, at the same time, actively contribute to the discussions on global sustainability in regard to coffee.
