International Coffee Partners (ICP) is a private sector initiative of five leading European coffee companies, Luigi Lavazza S.p.A. of Italy, Löfbergs Lila AB of Sweden, Neumann Gruppe GmbH of Germany, Gustav Paulig Ltd. of Finland and Tchibo GmbH of Germany. In 2011, Joh. Johannson Kaffe AS of Norway joined the partnership.

Founded in 2001, ICP´s vision is to make smallholder coffee farmers competitive in order to sustainably improve their living conditions. At this point, ICP has completed 11 projects, another five projects are currently running and one more is in the pipeline. By the end of 2011, ICP aims at directly reaching more than 16.200 farmers in Latin America, Africa and Asia Pacific.
